Our close location, just steps from Sierra Nevada Memorial, allows for exceptional access to Grass Valley’s premier acute hospital and all of its medical staff and services, as well.
Our in-house rehabilitation staff provides a full spectrum of individualized care designed to meet the needs of each Wolf Creek resident. A team of specialists including speech, physical and occupational therapists work in conjunction to provide a personalized plan for each person to be able to function at their best possible level. Taking the time to establish a personal rapport with each resident and integrating the physical aspect as well as the mind and soul helps to achieve optimal results.
